Refund & Exchange policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 9 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 9 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 3 to 6 business days, for the value of the item returned and any applicable taxes associated with the item. Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE

Once your exchange is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your exchange and tracking information for the exchanged item back to you.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods are eligible for a premature wear replacement.

  • The goods were purchased in the last 9 days ( can return for any reason)

  • The goods are in the original condition and original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly customized.

  • For Hygiene reasons goods that were unsealed after delivery and have as a result adapted a strange/foul smell.

  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items or damaged in any manner that alters the original nature of the goods. (e.g.) torn, dirt, stain, running thread, stepped on, deformed, changed color.

  • Pre-order goods.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Pre-mature wear policy:

In a case where a merchandise shows signs of Pre-mature wear under normal use, a replacement shall be provided. However, if the wear is deemed normal wear and tear or is caused by a misapplication, negligence, misfit or abuse, the replacement will be denied. The prematurity duration varies from Merchandise to Merchandise.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the address provided by us. Please make sure to contact us first before returning.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

There are no returns or refunds on pre-order items. However we may or may not want to purchase the item from you at a percentage of the original price should we be interested.
